XMLElement

SimpleXMLElement wrapper, adding: namespace-prefixed attribute/child access ('ns:name'), parent/sibling navigation, a self-contained toXML serializer, and various convenience mutators SimpleXMLElement itself lacks (setAttribute, addElement, removeAttribute, ...).
